Learn how to make Rajma in quick and easy steps with chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar <br /> <br />Chef Seema shows you how to make the most popular, all time favorite recipe of Rajma so watch and learn how to make yummy & delicious Rajma recipe only on Swaad Anusaar. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />- 11/2 cup of red kidney beans (rajma) <br />- 1 tsp salt <br />- 3 cups of water <br /> <br />Rajma Masala <br />- 2 tbsp Oil <br />- 3 chopped onions <br />- 2 green chillies <br />- 1 tsp salt <br />- 2 tbsp of garlic and ginger paste <br />- 4 tomatoes <br />- 1 tsp red chilli powder <br />- water <br />- coriander <br />- 1 tsp of coriander powder <br />- 1 tsp of cumin powder <br />- 1 tsp of garam masala <br />- tomato ketchup (optional) <br />- kasoori meethi <br /> <br />Method <br />- Soak red kidney beans (rajma) over night <br />- Pressure cook the rajma for 20-25 minutes. Add salt and water to it <br />- Cook onion in a pan with heated oil and add green chillies to it and salt <br />- Add ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes, red chilli powder and water and coriander <br />- Grind the masala and add little water to it and add the paste in the boiled rajma <br />- Pressure cooker it with one whistle. <br />- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and tomato ketchup and kasoori methi <br />- Add more coriander <br /> <br />Rajma is ready to be served!
